Reset Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can still log in to Community & Public Health Online Groups by resetting your password. To reset your password, enter your email address below, and click the Reset button. You will be sent an email, with instructions on how to log in and set your password.

Before clicking the Reset button, add the contact   support@onlinegroups.net to your email address book, to reduce the chance of the password reset email being marked as spam.
